In 2002, we were founded as a construction company focused on meeting the requirements of our clients (real estate developers and local and international organizations) with excellence, as well as contributing to the progress of our countries.
Since then, we have built projects in Guatemala and El Salvador that stand out for their superior design, construction quality, and innovation.

Rafael Monzón
CEO and Founder
Our CEO is a civil engineer with specialized studies in structural engineering, construction management, and business administration at universities in Guatemala, the United States, and Spain. He began his professional career at age 19 in his father's company, Dr. Héctor Monzón, working as a calculator and construction supervisor.
Years later, his entrepreneurial spirit motivated him to work for himself until, together with other partners, he founded QUALICONS.

Director of New Business
Since 2004, he has served as Director of New Business at QUALICONS.
He is a civil engineer with extensive knowledge in professional project management. In more than 30 years of experience, he has built various large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Patricia Clará
Country Manager El Salvador
Civil engineer with over 15 years of experience.
His extensive experience includes areas such as environmental consulting, quality control, administrative project management, and occupational health and safety.
